Hi! I am Ulrica Tay, an idealistic, adaptable and pragmatic individual currently pursuing my degree in Business Administration at Nanyang Technological University. 

Through the course of my study, I have developed a foundation in the arts with essential marketing skills from relevant modules such as Visual Communications, Arts Marketing and Research in Audience Development.

I am creative in nature and equipped with leadership, communication and graphic design skills. As a Creative Head of NP Voices Academy, narratives, posters and thumbnails designed with my guidance allowed audience engagement and productions to flourish visually. My core skills include utilising applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & PremierePro), Canva and Meta Business Suite.

During my internship programme, I have taken on numerous national-scale projects including being the Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer for Central Singapore National Day Celebrations 2022. In which I applied strong creative brainstorming skills that made room for optimal engagement and interaction with the profile and the audience.

While I am passionate about the arts and communicating through visual representations, I also value connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. As part of the programmes committee of Verve Arts Festival 2021, I had the opportunity to spearhead and communicate creative concepts between my team members, and programme partners to ensure smooth project management and establish valuable connections.

I love exploring the limitless innovations that come with the marketing industry and I am excited to combine these artistic concepts with my coordination and project management skills as a strong-willed problem solver, enabling performance under pressure. I believe engaging and strategic marketing is integral to any brand development. Thus, I wish to use my knowledge and skills in digital marketing to bring creative concepts to life in the marketing industry.
