Arts, Biz Management and Social Media Marketing Intern

My role as an Arts, Biz Management & Social Media Marketing Intern covered aspects of coordination, artiste management, administration, sales, social media marketing & production. Other experiences include event coordination which honed my problem-solving skills, leadership development and ability to liaise with clients.
I was also tasked to promote and obtain marketing leads through events like Wedding & Road Shows. As a representation of the company, I learnt the importance of knowing your products and reading non-verbal cues when persuading potential customers
My time at Merry Bees allowed me to rediscover my natural flair in marketing and allowed me to further develop it through professional platforms and based on industry standards
This 6-month internship experience has provided me with ample opportunities to develop and take on numerous large-scaled projects such as being the official social media manager of the Central Singapore National Day Celebrations' Instagram account (@centralsgndc).
Throughout this project, I represented Merry Bees for numerous District level meetings to propose curated content and liaise with the client expectations.
Under my creative guidance, the campaign was able to attain a reach of 88,437 and 1,673 audiences for Facebook and Instagram respectively.

This also includes managing conflicts and knowing how to problem solve, all while maintaining a calm composure when communicating with customers
